Zhejiang Rongfeng Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It is a company of large-scale and high-technology. It specializes in producing & selling tipping paper and tipping base paper of DENGFENG brand. Rongfeng Paper was awarded “Designated Enterprise of China National Tobacco Corporation” in 1997.

Rongfeng Paper was invested by THE WING FAT PRINTING CO., LTD. Total investment is USD 22.07 million, which is located at Jiashan Dayun Exit of Shanghai-Hangzhou Freeway in Zhejiang province. It covers an area of 100000 square meters. It has more than 150 employees with a variety of professionals and technical personnel over 50.

Rongfeng Paper owns four sets of Printing Machines with multi-color gravure press & the microcomputer programmable control system. Two of them are from Italy and Australia.  And it owns three sets of Automatic Slitters, four sets of Bronzing Machines which can adjust deviation automatically, three sets of Laser Perforation Machines, one set of Paper Production Line with Siemens Company's (Germany) control system. The products with production capacity are 3500 tons of tipping paper for cigarettes; 8000 tons of tipping base paper.
